My Name

You can tell already that my name is Grace. And if you couldn't, well, my name is Grace. I'm not named after any relative or a deceased relative. My family is religious but not too religious. I guess that's why they named me Grace. I like my name a lot because, I think it's a pretty and short name. To me, Grace is the sound of my mom calling me down to dinner or waking up for school. The word "grace", derived from the Latin "gratia", means God's favor. It also means simple elegance or refinement of movement. Pretty cool huh? Anyways, I think names are always important, especially when you are naming your newborn child. Names are given for a way for someone to identify a specific person. I don't think the name Grace is a common name, because I barely know anyone, except two people, named Grace. Grace is a name easy to pronounce, so no one has a hard time saying my name. Well, that's all the information I could find about my name. Hope you enjoyed!!

What I Want To Be If I Had To Work At A K-8 School

If I had to work at a K-8 school, I would want to be a P.E. teacher. I love being active and I would like to teach kids how to play different types of sports. Being active is my favorite thing to be. Ever since I was in 1st grade, my favorite class would be P.E. We would get to run around a whole class period and play different types of sports. Sometimes I would want to run around all day, I wouldn't be able to sit still in my chair during class. But, I wouldn't go crazy or anything. My favorite sport would probably be volleyball. It's fun and pretty easy to play. All you gotta do is hit the ball with your hands. And, it's still counting as being active.

Food, Glorious Food

During school days, I don't really eat breakfast at all because I'm always in a hurry for the bus. But, if I had one morning where I didn't have to rush to make it on time for the bus, I would eat my "dream breakfast". I know that sounds a little weird but that's what I would call it. My "dream breakfast" would include chocolate milk and three pancakes layered on top of each other. But, not just any pancake, a chocolate chip pancake! What's kind of weird is that I don't like chocolate in general like a chocolate bar, but I do like food containing chocolate. Anyways, on top of my pancakes, there would be whip cream on the center of my pancakes with a cherry on the top. Also a plate of strawberries on the side would be great too.

My Childhood Imaginary Best Friend

When I was in 3rd grade, I had an imaginary best friend. She was a fairy with ice powers and water powers. We would always go through adventures fighting off the evil fairies and pirates. I named Misty after my bike because, I had this really pretty bike that was light pink and blue. It had sparkly streamers on the handles and on the wheels it had purple, pink, and blue charms that were moons and stars. And of course, on the bike it said Misty. Misty would follow me everywhere because she was practically attached to me everywhere we went. I sometimes would talk to her outside of my home but, people stared so I stopped. I was a pretty weird child. My sister always thought I was crazy because I had an imaginary friend and she didn't. One time I had a church friend named Jenny and she had an imaginary friend who had fire powers. I forgot what her name was though. Anyways, Jenny and I would play with our fairies at the park. I also had these orbeez and they would be the magical power balls that gave Misty a bunch of other powers but only for 20 minutes. Whenever I would go to Jenny's house, we would pretend that they would hide in the lights in her house and we would try to find them. I had so much fun when I was a childhood, and I'm pretty proud now since I was super creative back then. Now, not so much. I don't play with Misty of course because I'm older now, but if I could go back in time I would go back to 3rd grade.

My trip to Korea

Last year, I went to Korea. This would probably be my 3rd or 2nd time going. I don't go to Korea a lot because usually we're super busy in the summer. I went to Korea for my cousin's wedding and to visit my dad's side of the family. My favorite part of Korea would probably be was when we went to a beach at night with my cousins and we would light firecrackers. It was really pretty and we would launch fireworks into the air. We would also hold the stick with the firecrackers at the tip and we would make images from the smoke. I loved playing with all the fireworks. I miss Korea and I hope to go back there.

Favorite Quotes

Image result for smile while you have teethThis quote is one of my favorite quote because I think everyone should smile everyday, every time. And like the quote says, "Life is short, Smile while you still have teeth", it's true because if you don't smile enough, you'll get wrinkles. Do you want wrinkles? If you don't want wrinkles then smile everyday! Smiling is also contagious. If you smile at someone then you get a smile back!
This is my favorite quote because this quote is so true! I think anything you wish or dream of you can make anything come true if you just do it.
